I think it would be yourself. If you are healthy, you may not have control over what other people do but at least you would be in control to walk away from them and do what you want. However, if you were mentally ill and could not even control how you feel and what you do, it would be like being inside hell - for a lifetime. It would be such a torture. I feel sorry for all those who suffer from serious mental illnesses. Manic depression, bi-polar and schizophrenia for example, are all terrible conditions, and very frightening I imagine.What do you think is the worst thing to have no control over?
