In-ground Spa Air Control Value no pressure?

I have an in-ground spa, and the air control valve on the top of the spa has no pressure. When we first used it in November, when you turned the valves, it would hiss with air pressure and create a lot of bubbles in the spa.

Now there is nothing. Just a hollow sound and water barely comes out of the jets. There are no blockages in the pump, and everything is clean.

How do you re-pressurize these mechanisms? Or do I need to call the service repair shop?

Thanks.In-ground Spa Air Control Value no pressure?
that is venturi air....the flow of pump creates a vacuum which pulls air in....the better the flow, the more air...if filter is not dirty then I would check the pump heres a few pump tips: http://www.swimming-pool-information.com鈥?/a>
