I believe that there is some sort of statewide rent control on ground rents in trailer parks due to great expense and difficulty in moving a trailer. Ask yuor neighbors someone will know. As much as they like unless you have a rental agreement stating otherwise. The only constraint on rentals that aren't rent controlled is supply and demand.
If you are at the end of your lease and it's time to renew they can raise it as much as they want unless it's a rent controlled area.
