You won't find PC to Mac tools that require no installation. Boh Windows and Linux on PC have Remote Desktop tools (on Linux it's preinstalled, on Windows you need to install it - XP has it on the CD).
As far as I know however, Mac OS doesn't serve remote desktop in a compatible way.
