I closed the account with Iomart because of faults when using the contact page and great difficulty in making any progress after four years of tryingI have a website but no control of it since I closed my account with Iomart. How can I get it working again?
You need to purchase new webspace, then go to whoever you bought the domain name through and change the nameservers to that of your new space.

You call them, you pay the money you owe them and they give you your files.

Change your ISP to one that gives free web space. Mine is with Tiscali and I've not had any problems.
