Do you find Wii Sports tennis annoying? Because you have no control over where the ball goes?

Whether you do backhand or the normal one the ball alway automatically goes towards oppostition making it easier for them. Can someone help me out on this and tell me how to direct the ball away from opponent?

Oh and NO answers telling me where to get a free Wii please. I will mark them as a violation.Do you find Wii Sports tennis annoying? Because you have no control over where the ball goes?
First of all, you have more control than you think. It's mostly about timing your swing - time it early on a forehand to send it to the left, wait a hair longer to send it to the right (assuming you're right handed.). Do the second tennis training game to work on your timing. The third tennis training game is a little harder, but it will help you fine-tune your hit strength, as well.

Second, you can fine-tune your hits by twisting your wrist as you follow through.

I've got over 2000 points on Wii Sports Tennis.Do you find Wii Sports tennis annoying? Because you have no control over where the ball goes?
Its all to do with timing. If the ball is level with the side of the player then the ball will go strage, if its just ahead of the player then the ball will go left forarm or right backhand. Behind the player forarm will go right and left back hand. If you are playing with a left handed set-up then the opposites will happen, Hope this helps.
You can decide where you want the ball to go by timing. It is also said in the manual.

Quick =left Perfect timing= middle Slow = right.

Using the net person will help you smash the ball away from the opponent. But it is more risky.

wii sports tennis annoys me a bit because I can't do a power hit whenever I want to. I find swinging the wii remote really hard %26amp; fast helps the ball go over the net smoothly and it also helps in the tennis training mode.
wii sports bores me.
sorry no help but I know what you mean
no
