What portion of your day is spent analyzing things you have no control over?

Used to be way more till I discovered Prozac and alcohol. I kinda could care less about anything.

night, i do all my thinking then. i work the 3rd shift. so now i'm up until 3 pm. my aunt once told me when i think about things i become dangerous. i start thinking about all the hateful people i come across.What portion of your day is spent analyzing things you have no control over?
not much. Maybe the 5 minutes I have to stand in the rain waiting for my dog to stop circling and take the friggin dump
A little, not too much. I sometimes try and work out what a socialist utopia would actually have to look like but mostly I think about things I can change, like my crap miserable life

Like an hour in total...probably...but I'm doing other things as i'm doing that so it isn't a total waste of time
a big chunk of it..... it kinda gets annoying i dont know how i am able to handle it...
