No control?

at the beginning of school last yr., i weighed 101 pounds. by the time school ended, i had gained an extra 15 pounds. over the summer, i decided to get back on track and have lost only 5 pounds sadly, but now, whenever my periods about to come, i crave sooo much food, or rather start binging, and gain pounds like crazy!! how do i stop this? thank youNo control?
Perhaps you could try the ';20 minute rule';.

I've used this before and it can really help to train your willpower.

What you do is,when you feel hungry, look at the clock and tell yourself that you will wait 20 minutes and then if you're still hungry you will eat something.

Very often you will find that you forget about it and that means you don't need to eat (not when you first start though, but as your willpower improves).

Sometimes you will still be hungry and thats the time to eat something - try to have a drink beforehand and during, this will help you to feel fuller sooner.

Never feel guilty if you waited the 20 minutes and then ate - the point is that you waited and thats how your body will learn to distinguish a craving from actual hunger.

Good luck.x.No control?
umm...puberty? also 101 pounds is skinny...u should be at a higher weight...i dont think u should lose it...and of course u gain weight on your period! every body does! its bloating and it goes away after! and did u know that when u are on your period, u actually need more caloreis cuz ur metaboliism speeds up!? its ok to eat more and the weight is temporary! i think u dont need to lose it
its going to be hard to not crave foods @ that time of the month, but jsut be consiouse. If its getting close to that time of the month, make sure craveable food aren't in the house. and Drink TONS of water.
Usually your cravings mean that you're body is lacking in certain vitamins/minerals (craving chocolate=lacking magnesium), try taking supplements everyday %26amp; that should reduce your cravings.
