There isn't anything more important going on in the United States or that concerns it citizens than Roger making his case?This is what we pay senators the big bucks for - to bend to a disgruntled baseball player?





What about health care , social security, the borders , highways, education ,anything else ??

Well Akkita, Major League Baseball has special monopoly laws granted by congress. Guess Congress sort of feels they have to oversee this stuff? One of the items you left off your list that didn't get tended to, before a break, was that wiretap stuff, and that fisa court or whatever? Some are claiming that neglecting that item has actually an immediate affect? I doubt it, but that's what I've heard.
