Why do some people think men have no self control?

I can't believe what this lady told me. She's from an extremely radical and strict side of church.





She said that it takes one look down a girl's shirt for a guy to lose control and sleep with her or rape someone else because she's not easy.





WTF?





So women who wear clothes that show their cleavage or thighs are responsible for other women that get raped?Why do some people think men have no self control?
There will always be extremely radical, opinionated people who try and force their opinions on you. I usually laugh about it in my head :) There are tons of men who need help with self control, and there are tons of women who need help with self control.

oh my god, the people who answered this question cannot be serious. They should be ashamed of themselves with their blame the vicitim mentality. That is extremely sad. Sometimes I see women that are dressed inappropriately. I think it's bad to dress that way because it seems like such a desperate scream for attention. However, anyone who responds to a woman being raped by stating something to the effect of ';well then she shouldn't have worn that'; should be shot. The correct response is - he shouldn't have raped her, no matter what the circumstances were. I repeat, he should not have raped her, her clothes have nothing to do with it and are a separate matter.
It's one of the reason why Muslims tell the women to cover up completely from head to toe, because they believe that the men have no self-control and that the lack of the man's self-control is the WOMAN'S FAULT!





Just too insane IMO.





Unfortunately, there are some Christian groups who think the same way only they're not as extreme about it as the Muslims can be.
More feminist myths. Men are perverted sex maniacs rapists. I guess it's just one woman that services all the men.

I'm not saying that all guys rape and sleep with the girl, but seriously...what does it accomplish?





what happens when a woman dresses like that? It draws attention, and sometimes it's causes serious consequences.
Let's be frank. Those women who dress in an irresponsible or inappropriate way are hardly helping themselves.

That's how a lot of parents feel about some teenage boys who ';self-serve'; their needs. It kind of irritates me.
Maybe it's because I've been caught masturbating in public so often.
Because of they way some men act. When you hear about all these rapes going on, and read some of the questions and answers on here, it's kind of hard not to think that. But I don't think that the men on here account for every man out there thank god. My brother has self control and my dad has self control and my uncle has self control, but there are some who don't.
