Is he going to ask you very nicely?, say ';pretty please?';, will he trick you by setting up a sign that says ';free cake and sex at the bottom this pit';? The person has turned his back on God. He wants nothing to do with him. He rejects God completely (Mortal sin). He would rather go to hell than spend an eternity with God who he hates. God does not force anyone to be with him. He respects the freedom of his creatures.
